Participation in the event camera is voluntary. You can take part in the celebration without using this camera.

What you consent to

Your uploaded photos, your optional display name and a random guest identifier are stored for this private event. The host can manage and download photos. If the guest gallery has been enabled, participating guests can view approved photos and – if permitted – download them.

For how long

Storage ends when the period of the chosen event package expires – 7 days after the event on the free package, 90 days on the paid ones – or upon earlier deletion. Unconfirmed uploads remain temporarily on your device.

What you should keep in mind

Only photograph others with the required consents. For photos of children, the persons with parental responsibility are to be involved. Do not upload any intimate, hurtful or unlawful images.

Withdrawing your consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by contacting the host or the operator, and request deletion. The host can delete individual photos. So that the request can be matched, name the event and describe the photos concerned. Copies already downloaded by other persons cannot be deleted remotely. For contact details, see the legal notice.
