What is Sammelmomente?
Sammelmomente is a digital disposable camera for celebrations. As the host you create an event and get a QR code. Your guests scan it, take photos right in their phone's browser, and every picture lands in one shared, private gallery.
Do my guests need an app?
No. The QR code opens the camera straight in the browser. Your guests confirm the privacy notice and can start snapping right away – no account needed.
How much does Sammelmomente cost?
You start free with 10 guests, 10 photos per guest and 7 days of storage. Bigger celebrations are a one-off payment per event: €39 for up to 100 guests, €79 for 300 and €99 for 1000. All prices include VAT, and paid packages keep the photos for 90 days. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Checkout via our reseller Digistore24 is being switched on right now; until then you can start for free.
Do the photos carry a watermark?
In the gallery you see the images unchanged. Downloaded photos carry a discreet “sammelmomente.de” wordmark in the bottom right corner – except in the “1000 guests” package, which includes custom branding and is therefore delivered without anyone else's wordmark.
When can we see the photos?
That's up to you: straight away, at a set time, or whenever you open the gallery yourself. As the host you can manage incoming photos at any time.
How is this different from a group chat?
Nobody has to swap phone numbers or join a group. Photos are stored in high resolution rather than shrunk for chat, they're all in one place, and at the end you download everything as a ZIP.
What happens if the signal is bad?
Shots are saved on the device first and uploaded again once the connection is back. Just keep the camera page open, or reopen it later in the same browser.
Are our photos really private?
The gallery can only be reached via your secret event link and a guest session. Images sit in private storage on our own server in a German data centre. No ads, no facial recognition and no AI training on your photos. Only share your link with your guests.
Can companies or clubs use Sammelmomente as well?
Sammelmomente is built for private celebrations. For a company party where the business itself is the organiser we need to agree on it beforehand, because that requires a data processing agreement. Just write to us and we'll find a way.
Can guests record videos too?
No, Sammelmomente is deliberately a photo-only camera. That keeps it simple for every guest, and uploads work even on a weak connection.
How long are the photos kept?
Free events 7 days, paid ones 90 days after the event. Download your photos in good time. After that, the event and its images are deleted automatically.
