With a shared birthday gallery you collect the photos while the party is still on. A QR code on the buffet or a link in the invitation group is all it takes. Guests shoot right in their browser, and every picture lands automatically in a private gallery.

For small gatherings of up to 10 guests Sammelmomente is free for good – ideal for a children’s party or dinner with friends. For a 30th, 50th or 60th with up to 25 guests there’s the Birthday package with 25 photos per guest, your own colours and 90 days of storage.

The gallery as a gift
Organising the party for someone else? Then keep the gallery locked until the end of the evening and open it together with the guest of honour – with a click or at a set time. All the pictures can then be downloaded as a ZIP, for a photo book perhaps.
Once the storage period ends, the event and its photos are deleted automatically. You don’t have to do a thing and still know the pictures won’t be sitting somewhere online for ever.
Collecting photos at the birthday party: step by step
- Create the event and get your QR code. You create your event in the browser, pick colours and a welcome message and get a QR code plus link straight away. It only takes a few minutes.
- Hand out the code. Print the card from the editor in A4, A5 or A6 and put it on the tables at the birthday party – or send the link to the group beforehand.
- Guests take photos in the browser. Scan, confirm the privacy notice, start shooting. No app and no account. With poor reception, shots are stored and uploaded later.
- Reveal the gallery and save the photos. You open the gallery straight away, at a set time or with a click. Then you download all the pictures as a ZIP.

Tips for the birthday party
- Hang the QR code where everyone passes by: at the bar, by the buffet or next to the coats.
- For milestone birthdays, a little challenge on the card works well, such as: “Take a photo with someone you met today.”
- Allow existing pictures from the phone’s gallery in the event settings if you’d like guests to contribute old photos of the birthday boy or girl.

Do my guests have to register?
No. Guests need neither an app nor an account. They scan the code, accept the privacy notice and can start taking photos. Giving a name is optional.
Can I use it for a children’s birthday party?
Yes – it’s mostly useful for the parents who want to share their photos. Please make sure all parents are happy with photos of their children being taken: the gallery is private, but every guest of the event can see it.
What happens to the pictures after the party?
You can download all the photos as a ZIP. With the Birthday package they’re stored for 90 days and then deleted automatically.
How much does Sammelmomente cost for a birthday party?
Up to 10 guests, Sammelmomente is free for good. The 100 guests package is a one-off €39 per event and covers up to 100 guests with 30 photos each and 90 days of storage. There’s no subscription and no automatic renewal.
How do guests get the QR code?
Through the printable card from the editor (A4, A5 or A6) that you put out at the birthday party, or through the event link you send by messenger or with the invitation. Both lead to the same page.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. Guests scan the QR code, confirm the privacy notice and take photos right in their phone’s browser. Nothing is installed and no account is created.
